Minimalist Event Promo Video

I have a finished PowerPoint deck that needs to be turned into a clean, text-and-image motion piece for a TV screen at an upcoming event. The final run time should sit comfortably between one and three minutes, feature a calm-and-soothing music bed, and carry a clear male voice-over (AI voice is perfectly fine as long as it sounds natural).

Here is how I’d like the process to unfold:

• Within the first 5 hours of award I need to see a rough cut or style-frame sequence so we can lock the look, pacing, and any transitions.
• After sign-off, you will have the balance of the 48-hour window to polish, add the approved VO, layer in subtle motion graphics, and deliver the master file.

I will supply:
- The PowerPoint slides
- A reference video showing the minimalistic animation style, typography choices, and color palette I want you to match or interpret.

You will deliver:
- One high-resolution video file (MP4 or MOV) optimised for TV playback
- The synced male voice-over (AI or recorded)
- Light, professional animations that stay true to the understated aesthetic
- Calm, royalty-free background music mixed to broadcast levels

Preferred tools include After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar. This is a fast-turn project, so I’m only interested in freelancers who have proven experience creating sleek, time-sensitive corporate pieces. If that’s you and you can start right away, let’s get this moving.
