Luxury Lot Promo Video

I’m ready to launch a paid ad campaign for a prime luxury building lot and need a polished 30–60-second video that makes viewers stop scrolling and day-dream about the scenery. The heart of the piece is the stunning landscape—sweeping aerials, slow pans, sunrise or sunset shots, anything that lets the natural beauty sell itself. It must have a luxury vibe to it. See my script below. I made my own attempt, but it feels robotic, and I dont love it.

I’ll be pushing this on LinkedIn, Instagram/Facebook, and YouTube, so I need versions that respect each platform’s specs (vertical, square, and 16:9). Subtle text overlays for the location name and a closing call-to-action directing prospects to inquire are enough; keep graphics minimal so the visuals remain the star. Light background music that feels upscale is preferred, with all usage rights cleared.
