• Collaboration style: true creative partnership. We’ll brainstorm video concepts together, plan shoots, refine on-camera storytelling, and constantly swap feedback to keep every upload fresh and engaging.

What I need from you:
• On-camera presence (or at least comfort operating a camera and directing shots so we can alternate roles).
• Solid understanding of YouTube trends, basic filming techniques (lighting, framing, audio), and a knack for turning everyday moments into watchable stories.
• Consistent availability to film, revise scripts, and iterate quickly—this is a weekly commitment, not a side hobby.
• A positive, growth-minded attitude. Algorithms change and views may fluctuate, but our work ethic doesn’t.

What you can expect from me:
• Transparent planning, open communication, and equal credit on every video.
• A shared drive with a content calendar, shot lists, brand mood boards, and a backlog of raw ideas ready to polish.
• Access to my existing gear (mirrorless camera, lapel mics, ring light) and my willingness to invest in upgrades as our channel scales.
• A clear path to monetization and profit-sharing once AdSense, sponsorships, and affiliate deals kick in.
