Instagram Reel Video Editor Needed

I’ve shot several short clips and now I need them shaped into a punchy, scroll-stopping Instagram Reel. The goal is pure social-media impact: clean cuts, on-trend pacing, engaging transitions, subtle color tweaks, and text or sticker overlays where they elevate the story.

You’ll receive the raw footage (MP4, vertical) plus a rough outline of the narrative beats I have in mind. I’m flexible on length—anywhere from 15 to 45 seconds—as long as it lands squarely within Instagram’s Reel specs and feels native to the platform.

Please keep your proposal focused on your experience creating Instagram-ready edits. A quick note on the tools you prefer (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects, etc.) and a link or two to Reels you’ve cut before will tell me everything I need.

Deliverables:
• One polished Reel in 9:16 aspect ratio, ready to upload
• A version with and without captions/subtitles
• All project files or an exportable timeline so I can tweak text later if needed
