Instagram Ad Animation Needed

I already have the final layout and graphics coded in a single HTML page; colours, typography, and timing are all locked in. What I now need is that same concept converted into an Instagram-ready animated asset that respects the platform’s file-size and dimension limits.

• Keep every visual element exactly where it is in the HTML mock-up.
• Animate the headline and call-to-action with a clean bouncing effect—no other text styles are required.
• You’re free to choose the underlying animation method (After Effects, Lottie, or CSS captured to video) as long as the final deliverable is accepted by Instagram Ads: square 1080×1080 (or 4:5 vertical), MP4/H.264, 15 s or shorter, soundless.
• I’ll provide the HTML, fonts, and image assets immediately; you’ll send back one production-ready MP4 and the working project file so I can tweak colours later if needed.

Acceptance criteria
– Visual match to the supplied HTML mock-up.
– Bouncing text animation looks smooth on both iOS and Android Instagram feeds.
– File uploads to Ads Manager without warnings.
