About the Event:
We are seeking a talented and experienced videographer to capture the Canada International Student Career & Networking Event in Toronto. This event is catered to graduate students currently enrolled or planning to attend local schools, providing them with opportunities for networking and connecting with local universities and professionals. The videographer will be responsible for documenting key moments of the event, including interactions, speeches, panel discussions, and networking opportunities. The final footage will be used for marketing and promotional purposes across digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality footage of the entire event, including key speeches, interactions, and networking sessions.
Work closely with the event team to ensure all significant moments are filmed.
Edit footage into a polished video that aligns with our brand's tone and messaging.
Deliver final edited video files in a timely manner post-event.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio of event coverage.
Ability to work independently and handle the entire video production process.
Strong attention to detail and understanding of video editing techniques.
Own video equipment (camera, microphones, lighting) required for professional-quality filming.
Experience filming events in a dynamic environment, ensuring quality sound and visuals.
Availability to work on-site in Toronto on Thursday, September 26th, from 6-9 p.m. EDT.
