Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need an expert to install and configure a local AI video pipeline on my computer for turning my recorded videos into a consistent custom character.
The goal is simple: I will record myself speaking on camera in a fixed pose, and the system should transform my real performance into my custom blue character while preserving my facial expressions, mouth movements, head motion, and as much of the natural realism as possible.
What I need:
Full local installation and setup
ComfyUI-based workflow preferred
LivePortrait or similar tool for facial performance transfer
Optional face swap / face consistency tools if needed
Support for long-form talking videos, around 3–5 minutes each
Stable and consistent character identity across videos
Good lip sync, facial motion, and natural-looking results

Simple launch process after setup

I do not want a cloud-only solution
I need a local workflow that runs on my own machine
