High-Energy Event Content Capture
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My mobile bar team is hosting a private event on August 1st, and I want to walk away with punchy, high-energy content that can be dropped straight onto Facebook Reels, TikTok, and Instagram Stories/Posts. I’ll have you on-site for roughly 1–2 hours; during that window I need you actively filming in a 9:16 vertical format and snapping crisp stills that can be edited into a cohesive highlight set.
Focus your lens on two key storylines: guests reacting to our cocktails in real time and the flair of drink preparation behind the bar. Wide crowd shots are welcome, but the hero moments are close-ups of shaking, pouring, garnishing, and the delighted faces on the other side of the counter.
Branding is light but non-negotiable: weave our company logo into the final edits—lower-thirds, end slates, or a subtle watermark all work as long as it’s clean and consistent.
Deliverables
• 8–10 vertical reels/shorts (15–45 seconds each)
• 20+ color-graded photos ready for feed and story use
• All raw footage and RAW photos on a shared drive
Turnaround: first cut within 5 days; everything wrapped in a week.
If you shoot with a stabilized mirrorless or a late-gen phone + gimbal, and you’re quick in Premiere Pro/Final Cut or CapCut for vertical socials, you’re the perfect fit. Let’s chat and lock in the details.
