Four Property Highlight Videos
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have two raw clips of a beachfront house—one aerial drone pass and one ground-level walk-around—and I need four polished highlights for our marketing push.
Here’s the breakdown:
• Highlight 1 & 2 – 15-second edits that blend the best aerial and ground moments to create quick, energetic teasers.
• Highlight 3 – aerial-only cut.
• Highlight 4 – walk-around-only cut.
All four clips must:
- Be tightly trimmed, paced for social platforms, and exported in MP4.
- Carry a warm, vibrant colour grade that lets the turquoise water and lush greenery pop.
- Feature an instrumental Caribbean steelpan soundtrack—no vocals, just upbeat island vibes that won’t clash with voice-overs we may add later.
- Clearly showcase the home’s view of, and proximity to, the sea.
When you deliver, I’ll need the four final MP4 files plus any project files (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) so we can tweak titles if necessary.
