**Job Title:** UGC Content Creator (Face-On-Camera) – Ongoing Work
**Job Description:**
We are looking for a confident and reliable UGC (User-Generated Content) creator to produce short-form video content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.).
This is an ongoing, hourly-based role with consistent work available for the right person.
**Key Requirements:**
* Must be comfortable **showing your face on camera**
* Strong **spoken English** (clear, fluent, easy to understand)
* Confident, natural communicator on video (not overly scripted or robotic)
* Ability to follow simple briefs and hit **performance benchmarks** (engagement, clarity, hook quality)
* Reliable and responsive
**Preferred (but not required):**
* Previous experience creating UGC, TikTok content, or short-form videos
* Examples of past work or portfolio
**Responsibilities:**
* Record short videos based on provided scripts or concepts
* Deliver content that feels **authentic, engaging, and native to platform**
* Iterate based on feedback to improve performance
**Pay:**
* ~$5 USD/hour (with potential for increased hours and rate based on performance)
