Exhibition Marketing Video Production
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a sleek, professionally shot and edited marketing video of our machinery developed to showcase its design, features, specifications that I can loop at trade-show booths and share with key stakeholders and concerned departments. The footage must convey a polished, formal tone that aligns with our brand image—think crisp lighting, clean framing, steady camera work, and succinct on-screen messaging.
Scope of work
• On-site filming: capture Machine and input output demonstrations.
• Post-production: colour correction, sound sweetening, lower-third graphics, and royalty-free background music carefully chosen to maintain a corporate feel.
• Final outputs: 1080p (and a 4K master if available) in MP4/H.264 for the booth screens, plus a compressed version for quick email sharing.
Acceptance criteria
1. Runtime 90–120 seconds.
2. All text/graphics follow our style guide (fonts and Pantone references supplied).
3. First review cut delivered within seven days of filming; two revision rounds included.
4. Final files pass a visual QC check on large displays and standard laptop screens.
Preferred tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or comparable industry-standard software. Please confirm camera kit and any stabilisers you plan to use when replying, along with a link to at least one previous corporate or trade-show video.
