Exercise videos

I have a fitness book and now wish to make an app with the exercises shown. It’s a book for folk aged 60 plus so would prefer the instructor to be of that age group. These are gentle home based exercises using low resistance. The app platform is ready but I need to build a course. Bulk of sales will be in the US followed by the USA.
