Edit an interview, sync audio etc

I have got around 2 hours of footage and i added editing notes here i need this interview and the extra clips for example the walking up the the building and the train journey to be added as well it needs to be cut down from 1 hour 30 using the editing notes to use the best parts and make it around 5 to 8 minutes long max
