Documentary & Promo Video Package

I have a complete script, raw footage, stills, our APS logo set and visual references ready to go; what I need now is your post-production magic. The core job is to craft a 5–6 minute, documentary-style film told in a Narrative structure. I want viewers to feel inspired by the success stories we showcase, so the edit should flow with a warm, uplifting pace supported by Traditional Hindi background music.

Alongside the main film, I also need a 60–90 second promo cut, two punchy 30 second reels for social media, and five eye-catching posters designed in Canva. Subtitles in Hindi (burned in), an AI or recorded Hindi voice-over, tasteful sound design and 1080p mastering are all part of the brief. Please mention in your proposal whether you plan to use ElevenLabs, CapCut or a live recording for the VO so I know exactly how you’ll match our tone of voice.

Deliverables I will sign off on:
• 5–6 min documentary (MP4, 1080p)
• 1 × 60–90 s promo (MP4, 1080p)
• 2 × 30 s reels (MP4, 1080p, vertical)
• 5 posters (PNG + editable Canva links)

Everything must land within 5–7 days of project acceptance. Share links to any Hindi documentary or ad projects you’ve cut before so I can gauge fit and quality.
