Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative professional to create a high-quality demo video showcasing the features of a white-labeled platform based on GoHighLevel. The platform offers AI-driven business solutions, including automated call handling, missed call text back, AI-powered customer service, automated review replies, appointment scheduling, and marketing workflows. The video will serve as a key tool for marketing and sales, so clarity, professionalism, and an engaging presentation are essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating demo or explainer videos for SaaS products and can guide us on whether access to the platform is required to deliver the best results.

Key Responsibilities
1. Understand the Platform: Gain a strong understanding of the platform’s features, especially:
• AI-powered inbound call answering and missed call text back.
• Automated customer service (FAQ/chat support via AI).
• Auto review replies, appointment scheduling, and marketing workflows (emails, SMS, forms, funnels).
2. Create a Demo Video:
• Develop a video that highlights the platform’s core features and benefits.
• Use animations, screen recordings, or other visual tools to explain functionality clearly.
• Ensure the video is engaging, professional, and easy for potential customers to follow.
3. Advise on Requirements:
• Determine whether access to the platform is necessary to create the video or if it can be built using mockups, animations, or AI tools.
• Suggest the best tools or software to produce a high-quality demo.
4. Deliver a Final Product:
• Provide a polished, ready-to-use demo video that can be shared on websites, social media, and with potential clients.
• Ensure the video effectively communicates the platform’s AI-powered solutions and value to businesses.

Qualifications
