DaVinci Eye Color Change on Dark Eyed Actress

I have a clip that is under 4 seconds where I need to change the eye color of a character to match the color in another shot. The eyes need to be red up until a point the character says a line and then they need to revert to their natural color. The footage was shot LOG in 4K on a Fuji XT3. I have included a screen shot of the color they need to match and the actual clip that needs the work done. I need someone available to start right away and get it done within 1day.
