Creative Social Media Reel Shoot
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m hosting an intimate get-together and want to turn its best moments into an eye-catching reel that will pop on Instagram and TikTok. The goal is pure social media engagement, so I’m after a vertical, fast-paced edit that feels artistic and a little outside the box—think playful camera movement, inventive transitions, and colour work that leans cinematic rather than corporate.
I’ll need you on site for the duration of the small gathering (it runs just a couple of hours), capturing candid clips of people interacting, details of the décor, and any spontaneous highlights. Good low-light handling will be useful, as we’ll dim the lights once the music starts. After the shoot, I’d like you to handle the full post-production workflow: selecting the strongest shots, sound-syncing to a royalty-free or trending track we agree on, adding subtle motion graphics if it helps the story, then colour grading and exporting.
Deliverables
• 1 finished reel, 25–60 seconds, 1080×1920 (vertical), ready for Instagram Reels and TikTok
• An additional mute-clean version so I can swap music later
• All raw footage on a shared drive or SSD hand-off
Once I approve the final cut, please provide project files (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve) so I can archive them. Let me know your gear list, any creative ideas you’re keen to try, and how soon after the event you can deliver the first draft.
