I need a video editor software application in which i can upload video ..the video editor must remove video areas that does not have any sound.. and also video areas having aahhh, uhmmm kind of sounds ..the output will be in kind of a jumpcuts.

If you see video...the edit is done in such a way that where he speaks clearly is only present in the video..
