Corporate Training Design for EV Tech

I'm seeking an instructional designer with a focus on creating a corporate training program centered on technical skills, specifically for the automotive industry and electric vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive training program aimed at enhancing technical skills for EV technology
- Tailor content to meet the needs of corporate training. We will need a presentation and a film, that will be delivered to a large audience of around 150 workers.
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in instructional design, particularly in corporate training
- Expertise in technical skills training for electric vehicles. the content will be provided
- Deep understanding of the automotive industry, more specifically electric vehicles
- Ability to create engaging and effective training content with the quality of a car manufacturer. Brands specifically will be BYD/Toyota and Landrover
