Corporate Explainer Video Production for 21 Websites
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Professional YouTube Explainer Video (2 Minutes)
For 21 Websites / AI Apps Platform
Project Overview
We are seeking an elite, professional video producer to execute a highly polished, 2-minute (approx. 240-word) promotional video for each of 21 websites. The target audience consists of C-level executives, board members, and SME owners. The video must maintain a clinical, authoritative, and objective corporate tone, with a “boardroom-ready” finish.
Assets Provided by Client
To ensure absolute strategic alignment, we will provide the exact operational blueprint, including:
• The finalised voiceover script for each video
• A detailed, scene-by-scene visual architecture (specifying when to use screen recordings, split screens, and text overlays)
• A style reference anchor for visual tone (e.g. minimalist keynote-style or data-led overlay style) to align graphics treatment
• Access to the digital platform (URL) for high-definition screen capture, provided to shortlisted bidders only
Scope of Work & Deliverables
The selected provider will be responsible for full technical execution of each video, including:
• Voiceover (VO): A professional, authoritative, clinical English voiceover strictly adhering to the provided script and pacing
• Background Music: Corporate, polished, royalty-free score matched in mood to the script's tone — understated and non-distracting beneath the VO
• Subtitles / Captions: Accurate on-screen subtitles, both burnt-in and delivered as a separate SRT/VTT file for YouTube upload
• Screen Capture: Smooth, high-definition UI walkthroughs of the provided website
• Motion Graphics & Editing: Bold, clearly visible text overlays, animated benefit-driven icons, and split-screen montages as dictated by scene notes
Technical Delivery Specifications
Resolution 1920×1080 (Full HD) minimum
Format MP4 (H.264 or H.265)
Frame Rate 25fps or 30fps
Aspect Ratio 16:9 (standard YouTube)
Audio Minimum 44.1kHz / 16-bit, clean voiceover, no background noise
Subtitles Burnt-in + separate SRT/VTT file
Intellectual Property & Asset Licensing (CRITICAL)
The provider bears absolute legal responsibility for ensuring that all integrated assets — including stock video (B-roll), slide templates, motion graphics, background music, and sound effects — are 100% royalty-free and fully cleared for commercial broadcast. The provider must supply proof of commercial licensing and transfer all usage rights to our enterprise upon project completion, to prevent any future copyright infringement liabilities.
Source Files & Handoff
• Editable project files (e.g. Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects) to be retained by the provider for a minimum of 90 days post-delivery
• Final exported files, raw VO recordings, and licensed asset files to be handed over to the client upon final payment
Pilot Video
To confirm fit before committing to the full batch, the selected provider will first produce one pilot video for client review and approval. Production of the remaining 20 videos will proceed only after the pilot is approved.
Revisions
Three rounds of revision are included per video as part of the fixed-price bid
YouTube Upload
The provider must upload each completed video to the client's YouTube channel, including:
• Title and 150–200 word description per video
• Minimum 10 relevant tags per video
• Custom branded thumbnail (1280×720)
• Correct category assignment
• Subtitle file uploaded as a caption track
• All 21 videos added to a single playlist
Project Timeline & Milestones
Agility and speed of execution are required. Bidders to outline their production schedule (e.g. VO recording, first cut, final revision) for both the pilot video and the full batch of 21 in their proposal.
Budget & Payment Terms
• Bidders must submit a comprehensive, fixed-price proposal covering all 21 videos, inclusive of the revisions and YouTube upload work specified above
• Please indicate both a total project price
• Suggested payment structure: 30% on pilot approval, 40% at the midpoint of batch delivery, 30% on final delivery and handoff — bidders may propose alternative structures for discussion
Confidentiality
Shortlisted bidders will be required to treat the voiceover scripts, platform URL, and all related materials as confidential. An NDA may be requested prior to sharing these assets.
Provider Requirements
• Proven experience in B2B or corporate software explainer videos
• Experience with AI-assisted footage/visual generation tools (e.g. Google Flow) is a strong plus, not a strict requirement — traditional editing expertise (Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or equivalent) is equally valued
• Ability to deliver a highly professional, “boardroom-ready” aesthetic
• Please provide 2–3 links to your past corporate video work in your bid
Full scripts, scene architecture, platform access, and brand assets will be shared with shortlisted candidates only.
