Cinematic Short Film Production
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Project Overview
I will provide a detailed storyboard, a mood board with reference video links, a production plan listing assets VFX and a shot list, and the chosen music track. Your role is to create all video content (live action, Ai generation or mix as required), perform VFX, edit and assemble the film, color grade, mix audio, and deliver final masters and editable project files.
The short movie will be around 1:30 to 2 minutes.
I will provide:
- a shot list with expected complexity and which shots require creation versus provided assets.
- an asset list with formats and resolutions; confirm which assets you will create.
Deliverables
- Final master video: 4K 3840×2160 at 24 fps in ProRes 422 HQ MOV (or agreed codec) with Rec.709 color space and 10‑bit where possible.
- Alternate delivery: H.264 or H.265 4K MP4 for web preview.
- Editable project file: After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve project file with all linked assets and a clear folder structure; specify exact software and version.
- VFX deliverables: final comps, EXR or PNG render passes, alpha mattes, and tracking data for each VFX shot.
- Audio deliverables: final mix and stems in WAV 48 kHz 24‑bit, loudness normalized to -14 LUFS.
- QC report: checklist confirming frame accuracy, color consistency, audio levels, and file integrity.
- Delivery method: upload to agreed service and provide checksums.

- Resolution: 3840×2160 4K.
- Frame rate: 24 fps unless otherwise agreed.
- Color: Deliver in Rec.709; provide graded and ungraded exports if RAW footage is used.
- Codecs: Master in ProRes 422 HQ; web preview in H.264 or H.265.
- Project file compatibility: specify exact software and version required.
- File naming and folder structure: follow ProjectNameShot##v###YYYYMMDD.ext

- Final delivery: Friday 23:59.
