Cinematic 4K Land Visualization

I have an empty land plot that must be transformed into a photorealistic 3D scene and a smooth, drone-style fly-through video for an upcoming real-estate investment pitch. Roads, natural landscaping, and the wider environment all need to feel grounded in reality, while a clear masterplan should showcase how the site could evolve in the future.

The finished animation should run 30 – 60 seconds, deliver as an MP4 in true 4K, and feature cinematic camera moves that highlight the plot’s potential from every angle. High-resolution stills for the key viewpoints would be a welcome extra.

• Full 4K MP4 (30–60 s) with grade and audio levelled for presentation
• Native 3D project files with textures and lighting intact
• 3–5 print-ready still renders (minimum 8 K)
• One round of refinements after first preview
