I want to showcase my homestay through a single, flowing tour video that feels more like a short film than a walkthrough. Think smooth gimbal moves, tasteful slow-motion, and carefully chosen ambient music that complements the natural sounds on site. The narrative should take viewers from the moment they step through the gate, across the garden and patio, then guide them room by room so they can appreciate both the interior décor details and the open outdoor spaces that make the property special.
I will host you on location for one full day so you can capture dawn-to-dusk light. A lightweight drone is welcome for establishing shots, but the core footage should rely on stabilised handheld or slider work to keep it intimate and cinematic. Colour grading needs to feel warm and inviting, with gentle contrast rather than heavy filters.
Deliverables
• Finished 2-3 min 4K video (MP4 or MOV) ready for social media and Airbnb listing
• A short 15-second vertical cut for Instagram Reels
• All raw footage organised by scene in a shared drive
