Cinematic High-Res Apartment Walkthrough
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
The goal is to craft a high-resolution, cinematic video walkthrough that brings my upcoming apartment development to life. Starting at the entrance, the camera should flow seamlessly through the living room, kitchen, every bedroom and bathroom, and wrap up on the balcony while briefly revealing shared amenities such as the rooftop pool and gym.
I will supply floor plans, reference photos, and any required brand assets; you handle the complete scene build, texturing, lighting, animation, and post-production. A film-trailer mood is important—think dynamic angles, subtle depth-of-field, tasteful motion graphics for room labels, and a polished color grade. Natural daylight and warm evening shots can be mixed if it enhances the story.
Deliverables
• One 4K (3840×2160) MP4 file, 60–90 seconds, ready for marketing use
• Still frames (minimum 8) extracted at key moments for brochures and social media
• Editable project files (3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona, Unreal Engine, Blender, or comparable pro-grade package) so future revisions remain possible
Acceptance Criteria
– Lighting, materials, and reflections should match the reference imagery within reason
– Camera paths must be jitter-free and maintain consistent focal length shifts for a cinematic feel
– Final render free of noise or flicker at full resolution
