Capture Birmingham Office Fitout Journey
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
Our team is about to start a three-month office fit-out in Birmingham city centre and I want the entire story documented on video—from the first strip-out through to hand-over. You’ll join us on site a minimum of six times to film each key stage, then spend another three to four days inside our suppliers’ workshops to catch the unique furniture and feature pieces being fabricated before they arrive on site.
The primary goal is a steady stream of short, punchy LinkedIn-ready reels that spotlight progress, craftsmanship and our team in action. At the end of the project I also need every frame you shoot, neatly organised, so my marketing team can cut longer edits later.
Deliverables
• LinkedIn-optimised reels/posts after each milestone (vertical or square, <60 s, subtle branding)
• Complete, uncompressed raw footage for all workshop and site visits, supplied on a drive or secure cloud folder
Acceptance criteria
• Coverage shows clear chronology of the fit-out, detailed close-ups of the bespoke products, and enough B-roll of the crew working to weave a narrative.
• Colour-corrected, level-balanced reels delivered within five days of each visit.
• Raw files delivered in original resolution and codec, logically labelled by date and location.
