Camp Hughes: Prelude to Victory
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 CAD
I am looking for an experienced content creator to help develop an educational documentary about Camp Hughes for a junior high and secondary school audience. The documentary is expected to be roughly 15 minutes in length and will include information about Camp Hughes, which was a military training camp in Manitoba during the First World War. Background information about the service support participants at the camp, in particular, will also be included. The documentary needs to be informative and entertaining, presenting facts in a way that is easily comprehensible and interesting to junior high and secondary school students.
The successful applicant should ideally have a track record in developing educational documentaries and be able to provide a portfolio of previous work. They should also be capable of sourcing relevant images and other graphics, as well as sound recordings as necessary. A good understanding of the context and history of Camp Hughes would be advantageous.
