Autobiographical Short Film Full Production
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I’m in search of a proficient film production team that can take on the vision of my autobiographical short film. The project will involve a complete workflow from pre-production to post-production.
Details and requirements for this job: the life of a family who has suffered two bouts, back to back, with dementia--first, from 2015 to 2016, caregiving a parent with Lewy Body dementia, and then from 2017 to current times, the caregiving a spouse with frontotemporal dementia with aphasia the same kind as Bruce Willis.
- Pre-production: This will encompass ideation, script writing, storyboarding, and logistics. You will bring the story to my life, so a keen attention to detail, creativity and understanding of filmmaking is needed.
- Production: As the hands-on filming stage, I'm looking for a skilled cinematographer with a team ready to capture the essence of my story. Indoor and outdoor settings will be involved, so previous experiences with diverse filming conditions is required.
- Post-production: You will need to edit the filmed content, add sound effects, music, and perform final touches. Proficiency with modern film editing software and a good ear for sound design are must.
Experience in producing autobiographical films would be a huge plus. Please include samples of your past work in the biographical or self-journey genre.
This is a short film, so the estimated film length should be less than 30 minutes. Please include a time and cost estimation in your bid.
