Overview
I’m hiring a reliable person in Egypt to find and manage Arabic teachers, coordinate lesson filming, and deliver high-quality recorded Arabic lessons to me on schedule. This role is operations + production management. You are responsible for making the system work end-to-end.
Key Outcome
A steady pipeline of well-taught, clearly structured Arabic lessons recorded in high quality (video + audio), properly organised, and delivered to me with full ownership rights.
Responsibilities (End-to-End)
1) Teacher Sourcing & Vetting
Find Arabic teachers in Egypt (MSA-focused; dialect optional if requested).
Verify teaching experience, speaking clarity, and professionalism.
Run auditions (short recorded sample) before selection.
Maintain a shortlist/bench of backup teachers.
2) Teacher Management
Schedule lessons and filming sessions.
Ensure teachers follow the lesson plan and teaching style guidelines.
Manage punctuality, performance, and re-takes when needed.
Handle teacher payments (if this is part of your scope, specify clearly in your offer).
3) Production & Quality Control
Ensure recording quality meets standards:
Clear audio (no echo/noise), proper lighting, stable framing.
Clean background, professional appearance.
Consistent formatting across lessons.
Collect and check every video before sending:
Correct lesson title, correct content, no missing segments.
Re-record if audio/video quality is not acceptable.
4) Delivery & File Organisation
Deliver files to me via Google Drive/Dropbox/WeTransfer (as agreed).
Organise content exactly:
Folder structure by Level > Unit > Lesson.
Standard file naming convention (I will provide or you propose one).
Provide a simple tracker (Google Sheet) showing:
Lesson status: planned / recorded / approved / delivered
Teacher name, date, duration, notes
5) Admin & Communication
Weekly progress report: what was delivered, what’s next, issues/risks.
Fast response time and proactive problem-solving.
Content Scope (Initial Batch)
Arabic lessons for beginners (A0–A1), short and structured.
Each lesson includes: greeting, objective, explanation, guided practice, short recap.
Lesson duration targets: 5–12 minutes (adjustable).
Quality Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Audio clarity is priority #1 (clean voice, minimal background noise).
1080p video preferred (720p acceptable only if audio is excellent).
Consistent teacher delivery: slow enough for beginners, clear pronunciation.
No copyrighted background music or third-party visuals without permission.
Ownership & Rights (Work-for-Hire)
This is a work-for-hire engagement.
By accepting the job, you agree:
I receive exclusive, worldwide, perpetual rights to all deliverables (video, audio, scripts, slides, subtitles, edits, thumbnails, raw files).
You and the teachers cannot reuse, resell, repost, or publish any of the content anywhere.
Teachers must sign a release/assignment agreement confirming:
They transfer all rights to me
They consent to being recorded and for commercial use
No royalties or future claims
You will be responsible for ensuring every teacher signs the required paperwork before recording.
