Animator for Healthcare Educational Video Series
Budget: $10,000 – $20,000 USD
Project Overview
• Length: 4-6 minutes per video
• Audience: Healthcare practice staff (clinical & non-clinical)
• Topic: How care teams contribute to improving HEDIS scores
• Tone: Informative, clear, and professional — with an inspirational, team-oriented feel
• Script will be provided, but voiceover is needed
We are open to animation styles (2D, 3D, motion graphics, character-based, hybrid), but:
• Visuals must enhance learning — not distract from it
• Imagery should clearly depict what’s being said
• Animation should reinforce key concepts and tell a cohesive story
• This is not medical anatomy or procedure animation. This is human-centered training. It is interesting and compelling story telling with emotion and visual interest.
• The goal is clarity, engagement, and motivation
Project Scope
The scope of the project is roughly 15 videos (4-6 minutes each) with a budget of $15,000-$22,500.
(Some flexibility for highly experienced candidates.). We need a minimum of 2 videos, and ideally 4 videos, completed each month. We will prioritize candidates that deliver high quality videos on a quick and reliable basis.
To Apply
Please include:
• Portfolio samples (especially educational/healthcare work)
• Your concept direction + motion sample (not required, but strongly preferred)
• Estimated timeline for delivery for a 5-minute video
• Your availability over the next 6–12 months
We’re looking for a creative partner who can help us build a consistent, high-quality educational series.
Please see attached for full brief.
