Web Face-Swap Lip-Sync Tool

I have a finished promo video and I want visitors on my site to drop their own face—either by uploading a photo or snapping one with their webcam—then watch themselves lip-sync inside that same video.
The flow I need replicated is straightforward:

1. User uploads an image or gives camera permission.
2. Your script maps their face, blends it into my pre-rendered footage, and outputs a single MP4.
3. A share screen appears with one-tap options for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and TikTok.

The heavier lifting (tracking, facial-blend, audio-driven lip-sync) should happen server-side so even a phone can trigger it quickly. I’m fine with you using Wav2Lip, FaceSwap, DeepFaceLab, ffmpeg, or any stack you prefer—as long as the result looks clean, is GDPR-safe and deploys easily to my existing host.
