Vimeo Download & iPad Play

I need a hand pulling a single video off Vimeo and loading it onto an iPad so it can be played on-demand whenever the device is offline. I’m not sure whether the clip is public or private and I don’t have login credentials for the hosting account, so the first step will be confirming whether a direct download link is available or whether we need to record or capture it another way.

Once the file is secured, please convert it to an iPad-friendly format (H.264 / MP4 is fine) and transfer it to the device. I’d like the video stored locally in Photos or the TV app—whatever ensures reliable, full-screen playback without relying on Wi-Fi. A quick walkthrough (written or short screen caps) on how to replay or replace the file later would be appreciated.

• File plays flawlessly on the iPad, launched manually on demand
• Simple step-by-step guide provided for future re-uploads or device changes

Tools such as yt-dl, HandBrake, VLC, or Apple Configurator are all fair game as long as the final result meets the three points above.
