Video Wall Matrix Programming

I need a basic programming setup for a video wall matrix. The primary function required is video processing, and the setup will utilize HDMI as the video source.
Key Requirements:
- Video processing as the main function
- Handling of 1-2 HDMI inputs
Ideal Skills:
- Experience with video wall matrices
- Proficiency in HDMI video processing
- Basic programming skills for setup matrix will have 2 inputs and 4 outputs. Will need video wall to be programmed to flip 2 TVs upside down bc they are mounted upside down. Other mode will require the 2 upside down TVs to be flipped also and 1 fed by input 1 and other by input 2. I only need those 2 screens
