Sync two named pipe to FFmpeg input

There are two inputs (similar to a camera) that need to be in sync with each other. Each one shows the same.
When FFmpeg reads them, there's a random delay, around 120ms between each other, so a synced pipe is needed.
In order to be accepted:
FFmpeg must be able to read both video/audio completely sync and sources must not be encoded.
