Security Video Splitting

I need 40-42 security videos, each approximately one hour long, split into files of 500 megabytes or less. The final output should be around 120 videos, maintaining the original order and labeled by timeline.

Requirements:
- Split files should remain in MP4 format
- Labeling should be by original names with part numbers

Example of original and split file names:
- Original: Backyard 7-28-2025, 10.40.35pm EDT - 7-28-2025, 11.40.35pm EDT
- Split: Backyard 7-28-2025, 10.40.35pm EDT - 7-28-2025, 11.40.35pm EDT part 1, part 2, part 3, etc.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with video processing
- Attention to detail for accurate labeling
- Ability to handle large video files
