Screen Record Online Educational Videos

I need detail-oriented freelancers to screen record educational videos from an online learning platform I have a paid membership to. There are 30 videos totaling about 20 hours 40 minutes. I am splitting the work into four roughly equal bundles of about 5 hours each, so I can hire up to four freelancers to work in parallel (or one person across multiple bundles). I will provide temporary login access. The recordings are for my personal study and archival use only.
Important — read before applying: The videos cannot be downloaded, only screen recorded, and some setups capture only a black screen. Because of this, your browser and operating system matter, and a test clip is required first.

What you'll do:

Log into the course site using credentials I provide (temporary password, changed after the project)
Play each video full-screen in a browser and screen record it with system audio
Record videos one at a time from a single machine (do NOT run multiple simultaneous sessions)

Verify each recording plays back cleanly: real picture (no black frames), audio in sync, no dropped frames, full duration captured
Upload finished files to a Google Drive folder I'll share

Required setup:

Record in Google Chrome or Firefox on Windows or macOS using OBS Studio (display/screen capture). This combination generally records cleanly.
Do NOT use Safari or Microsoft Edge, these commonly produce black-screen recordings.

A visible watermark may appear on the video. This is expected and acceptable — do not try to crop or hide it.

Required output specs:

Format: MP4, H.264 video, AAC audio
Resolution: 1920×1080 (or the player's native resolution), constant frame rate, 30fps
Video bitrate: 5–8 Mbps; audio: 128kbps or higher, clear system audio (no mic input)
Player full-screen — no browser toolbars, bookmarks, or desktop visible
File naming: [video number or lesson number]_[video title].mp4 (e.g., 03_Risk_Management_Basics.mp4)

Note the timestamp of any glitch, buffering pause, black frame, or skipped section in a shared log

Milestone 1 — Test clip (required before full award): Record a 5-minute clip of one video and share it. I need to confirm YOUR specific browser/OS produces a clean, watchable picture with synced audio and no black frames before awarding the rest. Do not skip or rush this — the whole job depends on it.

Requirements:

Proven experience recording video with OBS Studio
Reliable computer and fast internet (streaming + recording simultaneously)
~80 GB free disk space and ability to upload large files

Strong attention to detail and confidentiality — you will agree not to share, keep, or redistribute any recordings or login credentials after delivery
