Restore Old VHS Footage

I have a small collection of 1 – 5 VHS tapes that I’d like to breathe new life into. The goal is to convert each tape into a clean, vibrant MP4 file I can archive and share easily.

Here’s what I need:
• Transfer the video content to digital and deliver high-quality MP4 files.
• Apply basic cleaning to remove visual noise and artifacts.
• Perform color correction so the footage looks as true to the original scene as possible.

Audio enhancement isn’t essential for this project; the main focus is on visual restoration. Please let me know your typical turnaround time, the tools or workflow you use for VHS capture and post-processing, and any sample restorations you’ve done. Once complete, a download link (or similar digital hand-off) for each finished file will be perfect.
I'm looking for the quality level proposed by Topazlabs or better
