Multi-Project Video Capture App Development

I need an experienced mobile app developer to build a simple video capture application for Android and iOS.

Key Features:
- Project Management: Users can create and manage multiple projects, each with a unique name.
- Video Capture: Users can record short videos (up to 5 minutes) saved in project folders. Each video must display:
- Date and time
- Location (using a yet-to-be-decided device tracker)
- User's name
- User Authentication: Secure login via email and password required.
- Project Locking: Once a project is completed, users can no longer modify videos, and the project gets 'locked.'
- Data Submission: Upon project completion, all videos should automatically upload to our website for storage.
