(1) Stemming ejections - Number of holes blasted
(2) Appropriate delay numbers - Delay in blasting of holes
(3) Accuracy of initiation sequence - Sequence of blasting
(4) Loss of explosive energy
(5) Correct direction of throw - Direction in which rock was thrown
