MiniDV to AVI Conversion

I need help converting videos from MiniDV to digital format.

Requirements:
- Convert 60 MiniDV videos to digital formats
- Maintain high video quality during conversion and remove any white space or dead zones in the finished product
- New digital formats made available via USB drive and/or return digital files via secure transfer (e.g., cloud storage)

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience with video conversion
- Knowledge of MiniDV and AVI format
- Attention to detail and quality assurance

Please include a timeline and any relevant experience. preference would be to have this done in 2-3 weeks prior to Christmas
