MIPI + Virtual Channel ID to V4L camera driver

We need to develop a V4L camera driver to connect 4x cameras to 2x MIPI interfaces.
OS: Yocto + Kernel Linux 4.9
Host: Qualcomm MSM8953 + h.264/HEVC HW accelerator
Input: 2x 4-lane MIPI interfaces (2x MIPI video streams vith VC-ID's)
Output: recording video from each camera with ffmpeg or gstreamer using /dev/videoX + HW h.264 or HEVC codec
