Custom h264 stream decoding

I need to decode and play a video file. A sample file is attached.

The file is made of custom frames. Each frame has a header that starts with
0x08 0x04 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x40 0x20 0x52

Then there is a frame type ID
2dc (0x32 0x64 0x63) = h264 I frame
3dc = h264 P frame
4dc = Audio frame

A byte before the frame type ID is the channel number. Because there are multiple video streams encoded into the file.
