Convert RTMP stream to RTSP stream

Hello I have a bit of software thats sending an RTMP and I would like to convert it over to a RTSP stream to be used by our NVR software Exacqvision.
The stream will need to be tweaked i.e. resolution changed to 1920*1080 to be compatiable
