I have a finished **62-minute MP4 video** currently weighing approximately **4.6 GB** at **more than 720p**.
I need the total file size reduced to a **maximum of 1 GB**, delivered as **two separate MP4 files** of equal (or near-equal) duration (30' and 30').

* The content must **not be edited, trimmed, or altered in any way**
