Adult Video: VR180 XR Video to 2D Conversion

I have a library of adult-oriented XR videos shot in VR180 (both side-by-side). I need a reliable workflow that turns each 2K stereoscopic master into a short, flat preview clip that anyone can watch without a headset.
Scope
• Decode the original VR180 files, extract either the left or right eye, and generate a single-eye monoscopic preview.
• Deliver the previews as MP4 (H.264), 720 p, with the same aspect ratio and an average bitrate that keeps quality crisp while maintaining reasonable file size.
• Length: full-scene previews are preferred, but I’m open to trimmed highlights if that keeps the process efficient.
• Audio can stay in stereo; down-mix if necessary so nothing breaks compatibility.
Technical notes
– Sources are 2 K resolution, various frame rates; choose a consistent output frame rate that balances motion smoothness and file weight (I’m flexible here).
– Tools such as FFmpeg, Adobe Premiere, or similar are fine—just automate the batch as much as possible so we can scale.

Deliverables
