Acccident detection system

We have an small project that is meant to detect and report vehicle accidents.. We would like a quick animation to showcase the benefits.. the video needs to be around 3 minutes... We would like it to be done urgently.. we will pay more for urgent delivery (12 hours). More information on project will be given after agreeing to finish within 12 hours.
