B-roll Video Editor for Long Form Content

We are producing fast-paced, engagement-focused long-form content.

This role is NOT full editing.
Your task is only to add B-roll (movie clips + stock footage) to improve pacing and visual engagement.

Requirements:
- Experience editing talking-head content with B-roll
- Strong sense of pacing and clip relevance
- Ability to find and use movie/drama clips

Trial:
- Paid test ($10)
- 2–3 minute clip
- Add 20+ relevant B-roll clips

If selected:
- Ongoing work (9–10 minute videos)
- 48-hour turnaround per video

IMPORTANT:
Send 2 examples of talking-head videos where you added B-roll.
Applications without examples will be ignored.
