Video editor for Meta ads — Spanish-speaking, AI-native, performance-focused

Job ID: 40475820

Budget: $15 – $25 USD

We're a DTC brand running Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) for the Mexican market and we're looking for a video editor who can turn written scripts into high-performing ad creatives.

This is a long-term, part-time collaboration. We start lean and scale fast once we find the right person.

**We handle:**

Ad strategy

Copywriting & scripts

Creative direction

**You handle:**

Editing & pacing

AI-generated visuals & UGC

On-screen text & captions

**What you'll be doing:**

Editing short Meta video ads from full written scripts. Your job is to make the script come alive — visually, rhythmically, and with a clear hook in the first 3 seconds.

- Edit video ads for Facebook & Instagram (vertical)
- Generate AI visuals and UGC-style content using tools like Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Sora or similar
- Source and integrate b-roll, stock, or AI-generated footage
- Add captions, on-screen text, and motion elements optimized for Meta
- Replicate and adapt existing brand visual style

What we're looking for:

- Spanish speaker — native or near-native. The ads run in Mexico, the audience is Mexican.
- Direct response experience — you've edited eCommerce or performance ads before. Organic content or corporate video doesn't count here.
- AI-native — you actively use AI tools for video generation, voiceover, or image creation. This is a core part of the workflow.
- Conversion mindset — you understand hooks, pacing, and scroll-stopping visuals. The goal is to sell, not just look polished.
- Reliable and async-ready — you meet deadlines, communicate proactively, and manage yourself with minimal supervision.

**How to apply:**

Please include the following — applications without relevant examples will not be reviewed:

- 4–5 examples of Meta/performance ads you've edited (not organic or branded content)
- Examples of work using AI-generated video or visuals (or describe your current AI workflow)
- Which editing tool you use (CapCut Pro or Premiere)
