YouTube Stream to Video Segmentation

I'm looking for someone to take my YouTube live stream and turn it into a segmented video. Basically just a fun, and engaging video I can post on my channel. The videos should be formatted as matches, so while there can be cuts within matches the main point is to find the funniest, and most engaging matches played and edit those while keeping most of the match in the video.

Requirements:
- Source: YouTube live stream
- Output: Video segments organized by topic
