I publish fast-paced, entertainment-driven YouTube Shorts and need a reliable editor to keep them flowing. You will be tasked with finding interesting stories and conversation points throughout a long form podcast and then cutting them up into 5 attention-retaining shorts per week with this 9 step routine…

1. Find interesting conversation points
2. Clip out conversation (I will provide an AI video clipping tool
3. Pick and place a music track from my provided library
4. Make a super simple color adjustment layer
5. Find b-roll from my provided library (if nothing fits for a conversation, i will find and provide the b-roll)
6. Zoom/crop the a-roll and b-roll
7. Make and edit captions and watermark
8. Apply transitions from my library

The brief is simple: I will provide you with all the instructions you need down to the last detail and all you have to do is follow my provided steps. Super simple.

Deliverables
• 5 fully edited YouTube Shorts per week sent to me via google drive
• Shorts all sent to me by noon every Wednesday
• Runtime falls between 25-55 seconds
• Fonts, colors, and effects follow the provided guide
