Professional Video Editor for Interview Series

We are seeking a skilled video editor based in Europe for an ongoing series of interview-based videos. The role includes editing pre-cut interviews, integrating B-roll, adding basic animations, and producing short-form highlights optimized for social media. This is an opportunity for long-term collaboration with a focus on quality storytelling and engaging content.

Scope of Work:
- Interview Videos (~2 minutes each):
- Edit pre-cut interviews
- Incorporate pre-selected B-roll (provided)
- Add basic animations (titles, lower thirds)
- Balance audio and integrate music
- Include provided intro/outro
- Export in formats suitable for web and social media
- Short-Form / Highlight Reels (15–45 seconds):
- Create engaging clips from interviews
- Select key moments for highlights
- Optimize editing for LinkedIn and Instagram (vertical format)
-Add captions and optimize pacing/hooks for retention

Requirements:
- Proven experience in corporate/interview video editing
- Experience creating high-performing short-form videos
- Strong storytelling and pacing skills
- Ability to follow structured guidelines and templates
- Professional communication and reliability
